The fennel bulb is not often used in our diet and yet this delicious vegetable brings interesting benefits and nutritional properties. Its flavor reminds of anise or fennel seeds, especially if taken raw.
This easy aromatic recipe is the perfect garnish for any dish.
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- Thinly slice each vegetable and put them in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix the olive oil, fennel seeds, gomasio black cumin and agave. Add it to the sliced vegetables.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
