    Baked endives with hazelnuts

    RECIPE

    GLUTEN FREE, LACTOSE FREE, SUGAR FREE

    2-3 servings

    tbsp = table spoon
    tsp = tea spoon
    c = cup

    INGREDIENTS

    4 endives cut in quarters
    4 tbsp tamari
    2 tbsp raw sesame oil
    2 tsp roasted sesame oil
    2 tbsp of apple or lemon vinegar
    4 tbsp of water
    2 tsp of aromatic herbs (oregano, basil, dill, tarragon, parsley)
    1 handful of roughly chopped raw hazelnuts

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC
    2. Cut the endives en quarters and put them in a baking dish.
    3. Mix the tamari, sesame oils, lemon, herbs and water and pour evenly
    4. over the endives.
    5. Sprinkle the hazelnut on top and bake in the oven for 15 to 25 minutes
    6. Serve immediately as a side dish or single dish.
