Biocuisine is a unique approach to food & cooking, ethically commitment to ecology and sustainability. Our purpose is to craft a wholesome and conscious lifestyle through creativity, healthy eating and well-being.
What is Biocuisine?
Biocuisine or “Cook for life”, as the name suggests; It is a toxic free plant based cuisine; open and bringing together the outstanding benefits of different healthy eating tendencies.
We focus on perfecting combinations of vegan, macrobiotic, raw food, ayurveda, paleo and ketogenic cuisine; while introducing a therapeutic outlook.
Understanding food & eating through creativity, develops critical thought and helps us configure our own eating rituals, from a holistic point of view.
Biocuisine Academy “The Sense of Taste”
Biocuisine course was born in a perfect enclave two hours away from Madrid. Surrounded by nature and a wonderful kitchen, we were committed to sharing the importance of healthy life.
Since our first steps in 2010, many of our dreams have come true. Today we aim to guarantee a complete training in Biocuisine that provides theoretical, culinary and creative tools that support healthy eating habits and open a new path to the future of food, health and personal development.
For this purpose, Vanessa Losada has created a specific methodology, Transcreative Method, whose purpose is to stimulate creative thinking and encourage discovery learning, through interrelationships between distant concepts and the development of mindful cooking & eating.
Many students of the annual course have changed their understanding of the world and feel fulfilled in life. Biocuisine has taught them to work with their hands, communicate with food; express their creativity and potential.
The annual course is held in Madrid, each year from October to June. You can choose to enroll in:
- Level I (no experience or prior acceptance is necessary).
- Level I and II (done the same year, no experience or prior acceptance is necessary).
- Level II (prior acceptance is necessary, certifying previous knowledge).
