Since I chose the path of creativity at university and, a few years later, got hooked on the world of healthy eating; my motivation in relating creativity, cooking and well-being has led me to develop different gastronomy consulting & food styling projects.
My work I delves into the relationship between food, cooking, lifestyle, health and sustainability. I have developed a method which uses creativity as a transversal tool capable of transforming our beliefs, human positioning and unhealthy eating habits
I first started developing art & food projects; through them, I found out I wanted to bring these creative ideas down to earth by opening small Deli in the center of Madrid. This business project was the beginning of an intense activity in the field of hospitality, training, consulting and cooking. Since then I have tailor-made training programmes for hotels and restaurants, developed show cookings for different brands, and have been founder and head chef of Menudavida Organic Food Catering (from 2009 to 2012).
As an eco-chef & food-eating designer, my activity focuses on training, health coaching, gastronomic consulting and food styling. I have been founder and director of “The Sense of Taste” Biocuisine Academy since 2010, where I teach the Annual Biocuisine & Nutrition Course, in collaboration with other external teachers and professionals.
Among my most important clients are: Culinary Institute Barcelona, Iberdrola, Asociación Vida Sana, Econsentidos, El Alambique, Bankinter, Barceló Hotel Group, Urban Hotel Madrid, Di_Mad, Adolfo Dominguez, Hand Made Beauty, Official Hospitality School (Madrid), El Huerto de Lucas, El Granero Integral, Ecocesta, Archangela, Organic Space and Central Lechera Asturiana among others.
